CodeTwo Out of Office Manager makes it easy to set up out of office replies for multiple users in Exchange and Office 365 organizations.
When you start the program for the very first time or when you click Settings, you can configure your access to Office 365 or Exchange to set up auto-replies for employees.
Create Exchange or Office 365 automatic responses for selected employees using a built-in editor with Active Directory attributes.
Out of Office item's preview for a selected user - the program allows you to quickly edit email templates or to choose predefined responses from the library. It will even let you configure recurrence for Out of Office Items.
The build-in recurrence editor lets you set recurring Out of Office replies for Exchange Server and Office 365 users.
Out of Office message set remotely by the administrator or the manager for a selected user - it will be automatically added to an Exchange or Office 365 user account.
