Solution:

Depending on your environment configuration, the causes of the problem might be different:

Blocked endpoints

If you have implemented certain security measures (e.g. a proxy server, a firewall) to block traffic to and from your network, these solutions may automatically add certain endpoints or domains to a blacklist based on the general rules you configured. Consequently, endpoints/domains required to run our signature management app like e.g. app.codetwo.com, *.codetwo.com, emailsignatures365.codetwo.com, or esig365us0console.service.signalr.net might get mistakenly blacklisted. In such a case, signature rules and user interface will not show up in the browser's window.

To solve the problem, check the configuration of your security mechanisms, especially any blacklists in place, for the presence of the above mentioned or similar endpoints/domains.

Incompatible browser add-ons or extensions

Some browser add-ons or extensions (such as ad blockers) might interfere with the functioning of our web app. To check if this is the case, open your browser in private mode (Incognito Mode, InPrivate, Private Browsing, etc.) and log in to app.codetwo.com. Add-ons and extensions are usually disabled by default when in private mode, so our signature management app should work correctly.

To find out which of the add-ons or extensions causes the problem, open your browser in normal mode. Disable the add-ons or extensions one by one and re-open our web app until you find the add-on or extension that prevents our app from working correctly. Then, re-enable those add-ons or extensions that do not affect the signature management app. To manage the extension settings, follow the instructions applicable to your web browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Extensions button in the top-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select Manage extensions from the menu.
  3. Use the toggle in each extension’s card to turn it on or off.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Settings and more (...) button in the top-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select Extensions from the menu.
  3. Use the toggle next to each extension’s name to turn it on or off.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Open application menu button in the top-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select Add-ons and Themes from the menu.
  3. Select Extensions from the menu on the left.
  4. Use the toggle next to each extension’s name to turn it on or off.

Safari

  1. Choose Safari > Preferences.
  2. Click Extensions.
  3. Use the checkbox next to each extension’s name to turn it on or off.

Incorrect ADFS server redirections

In very rare cases, the problem might be caused by Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) server due to incorrect redirections. Make sure your server's configuration is correct by consulting the troubleshooting article available here.
