Solution:

This problem may be caused by some browser add-ons or extensions (such as ad blockers) which interfere with the functioning of our web app.

To check if this is the case, open your browser in private mode (Incognito Mode, InPrivate, Private Browsing, etc.) and log in to app.codetwo.com. Add-ons and extensions are usually disabled by default when in private mode, so our signature management app should work correctly.

To find out which of the add-ons or extensions causes the problem, open your browser in normal mode. Disable the add-ons or extensions one by one and re-open our web app until you find the add-on or extension that prevents our app from working correctly. Then, re-enable those add-ons or extensions that do not affect the signature management app. To manage the extension settings, follow the instructions applicable to your web browser.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the Extensions button in the top-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select Manage extensions from the menu.
  3. Use the toggle in each extension’s card to turn it on or off.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the Settings and more (...) button in the top-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select Extensions from the menu.
  3. Use the toggle next to each extension’s name to turn it on or off.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the Open application menu button in the top-right corner of the browser window.
  2. Select Add-ons and Themes from the menu.
  3. Select Extensions from the menu on the left.
  4. Use the toggle next to each extension’s name to turn it on or off.
