How to restore lost CodeTwo Public Folders' toolbar and menu in Outlook

Problem:

Lost CodeTwo Public Folders' toolbar and menu in Outlook.

Solution:

When CodeTwo Public Folders Add-In is blocked, the user loses CodeTwo Public Folders' toolbar and menu.

To restore CodeTwo Public Folders in Outlook 2013:

  1. Open in Outlook menu OptionsChoose tab Add-Ins.
  2. From Manage choose COM Add-ins and click Go.

  3. Form the list select CodeTwo Public Folders and click OK.
  4. Restart Outlook.

To restore CodeTwo Public Folders in Outlook 2007:

  1. Open in Outlook menu Tools, Trust Center. Choose tab Add-Ins.
  2. From the list at the bottom choose Exchange Client Extensions, click Go. Check if CodeTwo Public Folders is on the list and if it is marked. If no, mark it and click OK.
  3. Then from the same list choose Disabled items, click Go. Check if CodeTwo Public Folders is on the list. If yes, mark it and click Enable.
  4. Restart Outlook.

To restore CodeTwo Public Folders in Outlook 2003:

  1. Open in Outlook menu Tools, Options, tab Others. Choose Advanced Options, click Add-In Manager.
  2. Check if CodeTwo Public Folders is on the list and if it is marked. If no, mark it and click OK.
  3. Then go to Outlook menu Help, About Microsoft Office Outlook, choose Disabled Items. Check if CodeTwo Public Folders is on the list. If yes, mark it and click Enable.
  4. Restart Outlook.
