Problem:

How to resolve connection error in CodeTwo Outlook Sync if the computers have the same name?

Solution:

When trying to connect from one installation of CodeTwo Outlook Sync to another you receive this error:

You need to change the name of one of the computers because they are identical. Go to Control Panel\System and Security\System click the Change Settings link (Fig. 2.), the Change button and provide a new name for the machine. Next, click OK in both windows and you will be asked to restart the machine.

Retry connecting the installations of CodeTwo Outlook Sync after the restart of the machine.
