How to fix Office 365 sign-in problem


You are unable to sign in to Office 365 while configuring a connection in CodeTwo migration software. You get the following error when the Office 365 sign-in page opens in your browser:

The problem you are experiencing is not caused by CodeTwo software. Instead, it is related to the older version of Internet Explorer you are using. To solve this issue, you need to install the latest version of the browser. Internet Explorer updates are downloaded and installed together with other Windows updates. You can also download the latest version of Internet Explorer from this Microsoft site.

Alternatively, you can use a different up-to-date web browser (e.g. Edge, Firefox or Chrome). Just remember to set it as a default browser in your system.
