How to configure email rules from a desktop installation of CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO?
CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO has a desktop counterpart that can be downloaded from here. The deskop version can be used to distribute the control of the server installation of CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO non-administrator users such as the Marketing department, who may want to configure seasonal email banners, or the Legal department, who may need to update the legal disclaimer added to the outbound emails.
The video below shows how to configure the email rules from a desktop installation of CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO, how to delegate and refine access rights for non-admin users from Active Directory, and finally how to create an out-of-office auto-reply for users so that it sends one reply per user per 24 hours instead of the Exchange out-of-office that sends one out-of-office notice per whole time of absence of the employee. This is called the loop protector in the Autorespond action of the program.
