How to check your version of CodeTwo Public Folders

This article is meant for users of CodeTwo Public Folders. This software has been discontinued. You can check the list of currently available CodeTwo products here.

Problem:

You would like to check which version of CodeTwo Public Folders you're currently using.

Solution:

Below you will find information on how to check which version of CodeTwo Public Folders Syncing Master (server module) or Outlook Addin (client module) you are using. We recommend that all the Outlook Addins and the Syncing Master within the same network be of the same version.

CodeTwo Public Folders - version 5.x

• Outlook Addin (client module):

  1. In Outlook menu, choose CodeTwo Public Folders and Help.

  2. Next choose About the program.

  3. A dialog box will display with information on the version of software currently in use. The version number is located in Version line.

• Syncing Master (server module):

  1. Run CodeTwo Public Folders Administration in program list.

  2. The version of the software is located in the bottom left corner of the Syncing Master screen that will display.

• Outlook Addin (client module):

  1. In Outlook menu choose Public Folders and About CodeTwo Public Folders.

  2. A dialog box will display with information on the version of software currently in use. The version number is located in Version line.

• Syncing Master (server module):

  1. Run Administration program on the machine hosting the server module. To do this, click on Start, Programs, CodeTwo, Public Folders - Syncing Master, Administration.

  2. The version of the software is located in the bottom left corner of the Administration screen that will display.

• Outlook Addin (client module):

  1. In Outlook menu choose Public Folders and About CodeTwo Public Folders.
