Cannot see Public Folders


You cannot find public folders on the list of mailboxes in the folder picker or folders within public folders are not visible or impossible to select.


In some old versions of the CodeTwo Exchange Sync the Exchange's public folders were listed separately on the top of the folder picker window. Since the release of version 2.3.x public folders are treated by the program the same as standard mailboxes therefore are listed along with all mailboxes. Be aware, though, that they are named "All Public Folders", not just "Public Folders" that is why you need to look them up among mailbox names starting with the letter A.

If you are sure "All Public Folders" are not on the list of mailboxes or if you found "All Public Folders" but upon expanding the tree you cannot find or select the desired folders please make sure the service account has all permissions required to access your public folders.
