Search box and color categories
For better rules management, you can mark each rule with a color category, which helps you organize the rules more efficiently. What’s more, if you created dozens of rules, finding the specific one may be a bit troublesome and time-consuming. CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro helps to solve this inconvenience by providing a built-in search feature that lets you quickly find the rule. You can also use a search filter that limits the number of rules shown in the list view according to their current state (enabled or disabled) or applied color category.
Dynamic content
By inserting placeholders such as {FirstName}, {LastName}, {Phone}, {Mobile}, {Department}, etc. into your signature template, you can pull the information from your organization’s Active Directory database. This way, you can personalize emails signatures for all your employees and, at the same time, keep them uniform. In CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro, this feature, found natively in Exchange, has been further enhanced with the Remove Text tag functionality, which automatically removes blank lines created when requested information is not present in users’ Active Directory entries, the Conditional placeholders feature, which allows you to define conditions to replace a placeholder with different values, depending on which condition is met, and the Add custom placeholder tool, which lets you use literally any existing Active Directory field.
Rich personalization capabilities
With the Conditional placeholders feature, you can configure a special type of placeholders which can be replaced with one of several values (text, image or even HTML code snippet), depending on which condition you’ve defined for them is met. For example, conditional placeholders can be used to replace empty placeholders with generic information (company phone number instead of a user-specific phone number) or add banners in different languages to email signatures of selected users only.
