Email signatures visible in Sent Items folder
Normally, Exchange Hub Transport rules do not allow displaying server-sided signatures in Sent Items and any email client. It's a huge shortcoming since many companies use Exchange disclaimers to stay in keeping with legal regulations and yet there is no proof that disclaimers or signatures have been added because they don't display in Sent Items.
CodeTwo Exchange Rules remedies this situation and gives your end-users a possibility to view Exchange-sided auto-signatures and disclaimers in their Sent Items folders irrespective of email clients they use. This option not only lets your users make sure their signatures have been properly added to emails, it allows them to properly archive their Sent Items folders staying in compliance with legal requirements.
Exchange signatures added by CodeTwo Exchange Rules are visible in Sent Items in all popular email clients and smart phones able to connect to Exchange: Outlook, Outlook Web App, Outlook Mobile Access, Entourage, iPad, iPod, Android, BlackBerry.
It's worth mentioning that CodeTwo Exchange Rules is one of very few solutions on the market which allows users to view server-sided email signatures in Sent Items.
