This is the main window of the program. Here you can, i.e. create new rules, enable or disable them or you can check when the rule was created or modified and who made that change.

Under the General tab, you can also manage color categories and assign them to certain rules. For example, a purple category will be assigned to all rules related to the Sales department.

When you have dozens of rules and need to find one quickly, you can use a built-in search box where you can type the rule name, or you can filter the list of rules by state (enabled/disabled) or category.

The conditions builder lets you define criteria that will launch your rule. They can be based on Active Directory information, message direction, message header or other properties.

The program will also let you create user-controlled email signatures. For instance, users can hold the program back from inserting a signature when a certain phrase is found in the message.

Under the Actions tab, you can specify what the program should do (e.g. insert a signature or disclaimer) when an outgoing or incoming email message meets certain conditions. Click Edit to start composing your signature.

The template editor lets you design a full message composition. You can add your template elements below the message, above it (in the header field), or even to the left and right section of an email.

Scheduling the period of time when the rule is supposed to work is easy. These options can be found under the Options tab in the Time range sections.

Before you hit the “Submit changes” button you can verify if your email signature rules work the way you wanted by using the Rules Tester. You can run your rule tests freely and be sure your test messages won’t bother real users.

The program has been prepared to work in multi-server environments. Changes applied in the administration panel are automatically propagated to all Exchange Rules services running on other servers.
