How it works

CodeTwo Exchange Rules lets you manage email signatures and disclaimers on Exchange Server, according to rules defined by the administrator. While it is easy to set these rules up in any environment and for every scenario, the program runs complex algorithms in the background to ensure everyone gets the right email signature and disclaimer.

Thanks to an intuitive graphical user’s interface, creating email rules in CodeTwo Exchange Rules is quick and easy. The administrator specifies conditions when a signature and/or disclaimer should be added.

Rule properties

When the rules are configured and saved, CodeTwo Exchange Rules is ready to add signatures. Whenever a user sends an email, a dedicated service checks if the conditions of any rule have been met. If it finds a rule which fulfills the conditions, the corresponding signature is applied accordingly. Thanks to this solution, you can:

  • have different email signatures for external and internal communication,
  • apply enhanced email signatures to new messages and compact versions to each reply and forward,
  • create different signatures for different teams,
  • schedule dedicated marketing campaigns with limited-time offers,
  • and more.

CodeTwo Exchange Rules comes with a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) template editor that allows you to easily compose any signature, even if you don’t have any HTML knowledge.
