Customer Case Study
IRIS The Visual Group
IRIS is a Canadian brand uniting optometrists, opticians and ophthalmologists. They provide a broad selection of eyecare services including dispensing of eyewear, eye exams and vision correction surgeries. The group combines the skill of their professionals to improve vision health for Canadians. They have approximately 150 stores across the country and they plan to increase this number even further.
When the Visual Group decided to strengthen their branding by deploying a harmonized email signature on their Exchange server, it turned out they did not have the means to distribute it. They instructed their users to configure their email signature using a template created according to their visual identity. Unfortunately, many users either did not follow the template, or did not know how to implement it. Follow up attempts were not time efficient and even the slightest changes in the layout required an IT department intervention.
As the method described above proved to be highly ineffective, IRIS The Visual Group decided to look for a different solution. Googling for a solution led them to signature management software: CodeTwo Exchange Rules. Here is how a member of IRIS team, Connor Halloran, describes the experience with the program:
“The initial setup was very simple and the user friendly template builder was easy to use. The addition of the source html editor helped with fine-tuning. CodeTwo Exchange Rules delivers on every feature and has quality Customer Service to back it all up.”
Thanks to CodeTwo Exchange Rules, IRIS acquired a harmonized signature which can be easily modified whenever required and the distribution is not a problem – end users do not have to lift a finger. A single click in the Administration Panel and signatures are applied to every email. The company can rest assured that every contact receives a branded, professional email signature which includes the desired information.
