Customer Case Study
Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company
Company description
Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company (ADMA-OPCO) has been producing hydrocarbon since 1977 and now it is a major producer of oil and gas from the offshore areas of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
Problem
The company was challenged to add branding to all outgoing emails. They needed a well-designed graphics to be stamped to each message any employee sends from their company email. Since there are over 2,500 employees who send over 125,000 emails, they needed an automated solution. CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 supports adding graphics to Exchange 2007 mail (both internal and external) centrally on the server.
Solution
Mohamed Haneef, Lead System Engineer of ADMA-OPCO found CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 by Google search. "What captivated me when I first saw the program was its user-friendliness and simple administration. The program, naturally, did the required job, so we opted for it after having tested competitive products" – Haneef said. "Hub Transport rules in Exchange 2007 allow you to add disclaimers with text only and we had requirement to add graphics, logos etc. We easily achieved it through CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007."
