Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO)

Company description

The field of activity of Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO) includes extraction and processing of oil on the mainland and in the coastal area of Abu Dhabi.

Problem

ADCO wanted to introduce a professional footer for business emails. Since ADCO employs more than 6,000 employees, the maintenance of a company-wide standard for email signatures and disclaimers proved to be very difficult. In addition, some departments of the company need to maintain their own signature. Achieving all this was cumbersome due to the limitations of Exchange Server 2010.

Solution

 

ADCO IT administrator, Walid Abdul Razek, scoured the web looking for a central signatures manager which would extend the Hub Transport Rules feature of Exchange Server 2010. in the end the main reason for his decision to go with CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 was the recommendation of ADCO sister company, ADMA, which already had CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 in use for some time. "The software is easy and simple to manage. We were able to configure and setup the rules without any special training. The GUI is very intuitive." - said Mr Razek.
