We have just released new versions of our migration tools for Exchange Server and Office 365. Automatching mailboxes before migration
Both CodeTwo Exchange Migration and CodeTwo Office 365 Migration are now capable of automatically matching the mailboxes on the source and destination server’s end. What’s more, it is now possible to match the mailboxes in bulk. Given that you have previously created mailboxes in the target location, our programs will use the <First Name> <Last Name> pattern to link the matching mailboxes on the source and target server’s end. This may be especially useful in large organizations, where choosing the target location of each migrated mailbox one-by-one would simply take too much time. In order to use this feature, simply select a group of mailboxes from the chart and hit the Automatch button. After the matching mailboxes in the target location are found, you can verify them by viewing a detailed HTML report.
Connection wizards
We strive to make our migration tools as user friendly as possible. Therefore we have now also equipped our products with two Connection wizards which will guide you through the process of connecting to the source and target server. At the very end of each wizard a short migration checklist is generated. It verifies the status of necessary pre-configuration steps and tells you whether your environment is ready to launch the migration.

CodeTwo Exchange Migration and CodeTwo Office 365 Migration can be tested for free with a limited number of mail items. In order to perform a full migration, you need to obtain a license. However, the license packs are offered at a very attractive price level starting from $348 for 50 users (CodeTwo Exchange Migration) and $225 for 100 users (when migrating to Office 365). Moreover, the license for the Office 365 migration tool can be obtained completely free of charge if you assign CodeTwo as your partner of record in Office 365. Technical assistance for both products is provided for free.
