Just a few hours ago a new version of CodeTwo Email Signatures was published. The program, designed to enable central management of signatures and disclaimers in Office 365 and Google Apps (Gmail), is constantly being improved by CodeTwo programmers. The new version (1.2.8) includes a number of bug fixes users requested recently. It has been also successfully tested for full compatibility with Windows 8.1 and Exchange 2013 OWA. Feel free to download the new version and to update your current installations. The update is free for all valid license owners.
The list of changes includes:
- Fixed: Optimization of the Central Updating Service.
- Fixed: Optimization of the Client App.
- Fixed: For some placeholders, {RT} Remove Text Tag was removing its content even though the corresponding AD field was not empty.
- Fixed: Improvement and clarification of notifications within the program.
- Fixed: Improvement of the program’s GUI.
- Fixed: Minor bug fixes and code optimization.

To successfully perform the update, simply download the installer and run it. Please note that also the client MSI packages need to be generated and redistributed after updating the main installation. All your signature templates and associated settings will remain valid.
