Licensing and ordering details
The product license key is sold in an annual subscription model (pre-paid). The price is calculated based on the amount of backed up mailboxes according to the table shown on the pricing page.
With your valid annual CodeTwo Backup subscription you also get:
- Free upgrades, updates and patches.
- Full technical support provided by qualified technicians.
- Free access to online technical documentation.
The license for CodeTwo Backup has to be renewed after one year. If you do not renew your subscription before it expires, the program will stop all backup jobs. However, you will still be able to restore already backed up items as long as you need.
If new licenses are added to the subscription during the year, the renewal date remains unchanged. The price for additional licenses is reduced by the period already used in the first subscription. In order to calculate the price for additional licenses please go to the first steps of the order form or request a quotation.
The product is delivered electronically; a box version is not available. There are no shipment costs. Detailed information on licensing terms can be found on the licensing terms page.
Ordering details and refund policy
You can pay for the software by credit/debit card, wire transfer, check or send us a purchase order. Credit/debit card payments are handled by Braintree and PayPal (payment processors).
Once we receive the payment, you will receive a license key and invoice. The key will allow you to upgrade the trial version of the program to the full version.
If you would like to buy via purchase order, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org containing the PO in pdf or fax it to + 48 75 646 1003. Once we receive the PO, we will send you the product license key and an invoice.
