A new way of managing the scope of licensed users in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

We’ve introduced a more flexible way to specify users who can benefit from the CodeTwo service and get email signatures, branding and automatic replies. By defining the scope of licensed users, you get full control of users who can consume licenses and whose data (like users’ Entra ID attributes used in email signatures) is stored in the CodeTwo cache. By default, all users from your Microsoft 365 tenant are included in the scope of licensed users in CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 (but the actual license consumption depends on your signature/autoresponder rule setup). You can limit that scope to a specific group of users: New CodeTwo users: when registering your tenant with the CodeTwo service, go to the Scope & region, click the link shown in the figure below and click Change (learn more about the registration process). Email encryption provides additional layer of information security by making sure only intended recipients can read messages. If you are looking for a user-friendly email encryption solution for your Microsoft 365 organization, there is a native tool for that – Office 365 Message Encryption (OME). Now, although the OME name is still in use, the official, up-to-date name is Microsoft Purview Message Encryption. It’s not quite the same, since OME was deprecated on July 1, 2023. But, like with most name changes, OME is and probably will be used for a long, long time to come, so I’ll use it interchangeably.
