Automatic conversion between cloud and Outlook signature rules

You can now easily convert email signature rules from one type to another: cloud (server-side) to Outlook (client-side) or the other way around. The new feature makes company-wide email signature management more flexible and is available for free to all licensed CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 users. Signature rule conversion comes in handy when you: Plan to switch to another signature mode – you can create a new type of signature rules in advance, based on your current rules. That way you make sure your email signatures are not interrupted during the switch. Use the combo signature mode – the new feature lets you quickly create similar rules for both cloud and Outlook signatures. You can then use different types of email signatures for different purposes (e.g. Outlook signatures for emails composed in Outlook apps and cloud signatures for emails sent from other email apps). ...
