To get a full refund within the 30 days of receiving the license key, simply fill in the Refund Form.
Please note that CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is not included into the 30-day money-back guarantee program as the program uses a service hosted on Microsoft Azure server to deploy email signatures and disclaimers, for which we bear expenses on a per-client basis. Furthermore, CodeTwo Exchange Migration and CodeTwo Office 365 Migration are also excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee program as these products can be used as one-time applications to successfully accomplish mailbox migration within this period.
