I bought Code Two Public Folders to replace another software product. I needed software to share my Outlook Calendars. I use the Calendars function for booking schools coming to my Temple as part of their studying Hinduism. I need the data on 3 work stations. After having the previous programme installed for 2 years, I realised that it was slowing tasks in MS Outlook, making tasks that took 10 seconds last for 1 or 2 minutes! I did not realise! So I trialed Code Two & it worked without the "side affects"! I was very surprised. Then it was very easy just to purchase the product and away we went! Happy teachers, happy students & happy me!

Dit is het ideale programma als aanvulling voor centraal beheer van handtekeningen en ‘disclaimers’ op een Exchange Server of Microsoft Small Business Server. Ik heb dit product bij diverse van mijn klanten draaien en bij andere geïntroduceerd en allen zijn zeer te spreken over de functionaliteiten en het gemak in gebruik.

Heel handig vind ik bijvoorbeeld dat je met dit programma automatisch handtekeningen en disclaimers in verschillende talen kunt laten toevoegen op basis van het TLD (Top Level Domain) gedeelte in het adres van de ontvanger van het bericht.

Alleen de ontvanger krijgt de handtekening en/of disclaimers te zien. Je kan e-mailadressen of domeinen uitsluiten evenals bij verzending naar interne ontvangers. Ook kan een handtekening of disclaimer middels een codewoord in het bericht niet toegevoegd worden. Andersom kan helaas niet, maar daar zijn wel weer andere oplossingen voor te verzinnen.

We recently opened a second salon and wanted to sync calenders between the two shops so clients, and our staff were able to make appointments on our calender from either premise instead of going to the beauty salon for beauty appontments or the nail bar for nail appointments. Our computer guys were unable to suggest anything that would satify our needs and come without teething problems when dealing with live data entry between four seperate work stations. I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on your program on the internet, trialed it and had it implemented and running now for over 12 months without a hiccup. SemaSys needed a solution that would allow us to centrally manage our corporate email signatures in order to make them uniform. We evaluated several products with the requirement that we could imbed our logo in the signature (similar to the way Microsoft Outlook does) and be able to insert the signature immediately after a response instead of appending the signature to the top or bottom of a string of messages. CodeTwo not only met all of our requirements but has an easy to use interface and competitive price. The code two exchange rules 2007 for Small business server 2008 is just a great tool to add the disclaimer and personal signature to e-mails. All the outgoing mails, send by outlook or webmail has the same and a professional look. No hassle with signatures in local client and no setup for new users it just works. A really set and forget program. The setup is simple, I spent most of the time with the design of the signature and the text for the disclaimer.
Another advantage is that you can disable the insert of the signature and disclaimer for internal mails, or inserts a please don’t print message to the incoming mails to remember the receiver eg to print at less at possible mails.
The price for a small business server licence is very good, buy this program spent an hour to install and config and after 3 to 5 mutations in the company you start spending less money on configuration of the new pc setup’s

This was by far the easiest program to configure and implement that I've ever used. Our senior Partner wanted an immediate signature on the entire firm's outgoing messages. Once purchased, I literally had it up and running in 5 minutes. No cumbersome manuals and an easy to use wizard had the HTML signature on the messages in no time.

One particularly nice thing about this software is that it applies to the outgoing messages regardless of the method used to send the message. The signature gets appended if they're using their iPhone, iPad, Outlook Web Access, etc.

Another nice feature is that it appends the message as it's leaving the firm. The photos and signatures don't take up valuable space in the Exchange message store.

Exchange Sync is used to sincronize contacts between personal folders and shared folders for the users of Koopera, a cooperative of ONGs who share infrastructure. Since there are many organisations within Koopera there are also many differing needs and each group has shared contacts, some of which people want to see on their PDA's and some not.

We created an Exchange Public Folder for sharing a common set of company contacts with related notes and comments. We use Exchange ActiveSync to synchronize with our iPhones, but it will not sync Public Folders. By using CODETWO's Exchange Sync, we can easily sync all of our shared company contacts with our individual mailboxes and ActiveSync pulls them down to our iPhones. It works really well - without having to mess with it constantly - like most sync software.

It works well and synchronizes well. I would recommend that you do not overwrite the "date modified" field every time you syncrhonize the file. At this moment i'm evaluating the software, but i plan to buy it, i had some doubts but the support was great an explain everything.

We have an enviroment based in exchange server 2010, the code two exhange rules retrieves the data from the AD, and it works fines, we have several companies, so we have to use rotating text fields to display the company logo, according the retrived AD data,

The software is very useful and very user friendly, the install takes less than a minute, and the configuration of a signature also, its a great software.

Here at work we do not have a mail server, we use Microsoft Home Server to accomplish our goals. Without a mail server we were unable to use the share calendar function, this created a problem for us when scheduling students and there was no one central source to keep this info or share the information or folders. I searched the internet looking for solutions so many were to complicated, after investigating Code Two and using the trial software I was sold. Today we have every employee connected with Code Two. The ease of use and the ability to use it on our LAN/Quasi server was easily established.

We're a orthopedics company in Germany, with around 100 clients spread over 8 branches in different locations. Before introducing Exchange Rules, everybody copied the signature from an existing one which lead to hickups in the display of the signature, mistyped phone numbers and bad mailto: links.
With Code Two Exchange Rules it's become incredibly easy to manage the signatures of our employees, especially with it's ability to pull details like phone number, position etc. from the user records in Active Directory.

We are a small lift company In Poland.
Every day we are using the Microsoft Outlook e-mail program, we have a lot emails and prepare a lot of offers for ours clients.
Because it is a few person work on the same emails then program “CodeTwo Public Folders” is really helpful.
We can now separate the massages for each person. Before we used the “Public Folders” we printed all emails and then separated then, it took a lot of time and was not as fluently as now.

With the coming of Exchange 2007 we quickly needed some easily usable tools for creating email-signatures which could do two things for us: 1) Use the information in the Active Directory (names, phone-numbers, titles, etc) 2) Create different email-signatures for our different companies based on the sender-address. After downloading a trial it became clear that with the codetwo solutions you can do this without hassle in a nice GUI. And for a very fair price! Support is clear and very fast!

For the past 5 years I have sought a good solution to having appointment diaries synchronised between myself and my PA . MS Outlook is an ideal PIM but without Exchange cannot be synched with other PCs. I tried many PIMs and other sync solutions for Outlook in those years till in desperation I tried Code Two Public folders. It works flawlessly, allows reminders to be synchronised as well as appointments and is easy to set up. I wish I had discovered this product years ago!

Being a student, I can't often justify buying software, and I usually settle for freeware or shareware. Program jest prosty w instalacji i konfiguracji i sprawdza się doskonale.
Nie ma już problemu z migracją danych między urządzaniami i synchronizowaniem kalendarzy. Sekretariat prowadzi kalendarze członków zarządu, pracownicy dzielą kalendarze wg uzgodnionych reguł, dane są zabepieczone na serwerze i jednocześnie dostępne offline.
Kilka drobnych uwag nie zmieści się już w 500 znakach :-).

Über die Jahre hatte sich auch in unserem Büro eine Public Folder Struktur mit ca. 12 GB Daten und einer beachtlichen Hierarchie entwickelt. Aufgrund unseres Tätigkeitswechsels von IT Beratung & Projektmanagment (90er) hin zu Projektmanagement, -finanzierung sowie Unternehmensfinanzierung (20 er) trat die Arbeit im Büro immer weiter in den Hintergrund, Mobilität war das Stichwort sowie die Integration weiterer Standorte zu niedrigen Kosten.

2009 Entschieden wir uns dann den Exchange Server (Small Business Server + Fileserver) in den Ruhestand zu schicken und auf die Kombination vom NAS + Replikation zu setzen. Um weiterhin die Public Folder einsetzen zu können evaluierten wir die am Markt befindlichen "OutLook Addon" Lösungen.

Tracking information is easy. I can now search the entire user database from a single computer. It was nearly impossible before we started using Code Two Public Folders. We all know how fun public folders can be in a mixed Exchange mobile environment. Some of our employees hold on to their Blackberries but many have shifted to Apple’s iPhone. Exchange Public Folders can be somewhat problematic when working with iPhones but with Exchange Sync, by CodeTwo, my office Apple iPhone users receive all public contacts pushed to a subfolder created in the native Exchange contacts folders and meshes seamlessly to the iPhone contacts. I also synced the public calendar to a subfolder of the native Exchange calendar which meshes seamlessly with the iPhone calendar. Furthermore, when a change is made to the public contact dbase or the public calendar dbase, from the Outlook client, changes are then pushed wirelessly to all mobile folders that are synced to the particular public folder. So when the secretary in the office updates the calendar or contacts employees do not need to plug in via wire and sync exchange settings.

In a company of 20 people, there are four consultants who work very closely with each other on projects. In the past, laboratory results have been sent to individuals who have then shared the mail. However, as the number of consultants grows, mails have been lost or forgotten. Now we have a system to sharing mails so that everyone is instantly kept up to date. In addition, we have set a company mail that is used to contact new clients and send marketing information. Responses are shared amongst the consultants. We have also set up a car booking calendar and an official calendar for keeping track of where we are at any one time.

I have tested other programs and found this the most simple and most effective to use. Well done!

I have used many programs over the years to try and keep one set of our construction suppliers, clients etc. throughout our office team of 12. Vi har brugt exchange sync i flere år, da muligheden for at kunne se kolegaers kalendre på vores iPhone er guld værd. Vi benytter ligeledes CodeTwo til vores signaturer i emails, og også her er vi yderst tilfredse.

CodeTwo Exchange Sync heeft voor mij in één klap de beheersbaarheid van onze bedrijfs contactpersonen mogelijk gemaakt. Ruim 30 gebruikers met een smartphone hebben onze openbare contacten nodig in hun toestel. Inclusief de installatie heb ik 8 minuten nodig gehad om Exchange Sync operationeel te krijgen. Na 1 jaar gebruik nog nooit storing gehad. Besparing in tijd +/- 20 uur per jaar. Conclusie: Top product ;-)

The program works great. The flexibility is there to change it according to your needs and the support is available from the company anytime which is something of an added value. Excellent stuff till now. This is the only product we could find which is so widely used and accepted. Once setup it is easy to work with. All our signatures are handled by this application. Excellent support adds flavour to it. I strongly recommend this.

I have been using the CodeTwo Exchange Rules for 2010 for around a year now and absolutely love it. When I first purchased it there were no other products that could handle Exchange 2010. Once it was setup (which was very easy) this fantastic bit of CodeTwo software is literally fire and forget. It handles all our signatures and disclaimers brilliantly and promotions are a cinch to include. Great job CodeTwo!

I am using Public Folders for one of my clients and it works seamless and without problems after updating to the latest version for Outlook 2007. If other clients need the same service I will recommed CodeTwo Public Folder to them. Nice tool!

After researching it's competitors, I found that Code Two was the way to go. Code Two has so much confidence in Exchange Rules 2010 that they even give it away! Rightly so, the program is very light, easy to install, configure and works very well with Microsoft Exchange. I use this program to include a disclaimer for all emails sent out by the company. More importantly I use it to promote the various trade shows and industry dinners our company attends on a regular basis. I'm able to update everyone signature to reflect any and all upcoming events without touching anyone's computers! Rules even allow me to have a different signature depending on the recipient. The program is very complete and I would not be surprised if more people start using this more and more.

Hi folks, CodeTwo Outlook sync is exactly what I was looking for. I used to work with CodeTwo Public folders but if you want to organise only your own inbox and the syncronization with the laptop is the key feature, Outlook Sync is the much better Tool! Now I have all my emails, contacts and calenders on my desktop PC and syncronized with my laptop - so it doesn't matter if I answer emails on the one or the other machine. It's easy to use, the performance is o.k., even with big .pst files and so far it works perfect. Conclusion: Best invested $ 59 this year!

Exchange rule Pro is a flexible and easy to use software. Importantly, its easy intergration with active directory makes it sofisticated and fun to use.
You donnot need to be a technical person in order to understand code 2 pro.
With this application I have being able to resolve lots of challenges concerning signature in my organisation.
I work in an NGO base in nigeria(Society for family health) and presently, a particular department in my office is having an HIV campain awarenes programme,with the exchange code 2 pro,i have being able to configue only that department to have the SFH HIV banner logo displayed on their mail sent while other department uses the usual SFH logo. In enssens,you can decide which group uses which logo/signature.

I downloaded and started testing Outlook Sync between my home laptop and my work laptop. Since I would like to keep one calendar between both laptops, my Blackberry and iPhone, this seemed like a great option. I installed it on each system and when I was home connected to my wireless network with both systems. They synced my calendar without a problem!! Now I have 1 calendar in four places synchronized!!! It is awesome. I highly recommend this product!

Having standard MS Outlook on two or more PCs creates huge user problems in terms of message and email address access. The solution was a third party add-on program but the multitude of third-party solutions was perplexing. When I discovered the Code Two client/server architecture the answer became obvious to me. Other vendors offer synchronization solutions which are clumsy and use old software technology. The modern Code Two client/server software architecture is inherently simple and efficient. Once installed you never have to worry as lower level routines do everything. I now have the majority of my folders as public folders so I have only ONE folder with only ONE copy. Beautiful!

We are using CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 since release of Exchange 2010. I'm fully enjoyed of configuration and implementation of this product. Flexible rules, friendly interface - simplifying routine tasks.
Since 2009 it works like "Swiss watches" without failures and inconveniences. Deep integration with AD 2008 R2 makes management of enterprise signatures much easily, together with useful and fast support makes CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 "must have" tool.

I have been using CodeTwo Exchange Sync for almost a year now, and it has worked beautifully to share calendars and contacts so that they could be synchronized to mobile phones. Initially, I had some problems that seemed to be unique to my particular setup as the engineers from CodeTwo were unable to reproduce them. However, they continued to pursue the problem, and fixed it in a later release. Support was great. Good communication and dedication. Highly recommended.

I was previously using another Exchange synchronization program, and Exchange Sync has a much better interface, and is worlds easier to use and much more reliable. Also, support is better, as is sales and upgrades.

I provide consulting services to a number of small companies. One company was using a vertical management case management application with its own internal buggy email application. The firm decided to move away from the email component to Microsoft Outlook. The heavy integration of contact management created an issue moving to outlook; continue to use the contact management feature of the vertical market app, but have the contacts in Outlook. Using an internal tool to export contacts to outlook we still had to get the contacts to a public folder, We evaluated several products to do this task and then found CodeTwo Exchange Sync. Some of the other products had either complicated setups or required remote assistance to implement. CodeTwo's software was downloaded, installed, and implemented in about 10 minutes. Simple! And it works!

I had been searching for a simple program to sync the calendar, events, certain email folders and tasks between a couple of LAN PCs & laptops using various versions of MSOutlook and Windows, the latest being Oulook 2010 and Windows 7 without using Exchange.

I also needed something that could sync through the LAN on a standard business day, and through the internet only when I travel & choose to do so.

We don't have a separate server.

I literally spent months downloading and trying out allsorts of syncing (or supposedly syncing) - and was about to give up, when I managed to install CodeTwo successfully thanks to the very patient and highly effective help of the online guys just ready to assist at the click of a button. This was amazing!! I didn't (know service like this still existed today!) 

Every other program either took up all my bandwidth, couldn't sync through the LAN, duplicated stuff and just caused more proble

I have found Code Two Exchange Rules very helpful and easy to use at the same time tool. Our company provides customers with consulting and development services. Two of our customers have rather old infrastructure based on Windows Server 2003. With no budget for upgrades I had to find another solution for applying highly customizable server side signatures. ER met all my needs and was found a lot cheaper then doing our own tool implementation.

It is a great tool for applying signature applied by the server, it helps us a lot as we have different client options “OWA, Blackberry, ActiveSync”, and it has very good customization in the rules as we have some systems that we don’t want to receive an email with signature like “SCSM”

Not only we develop our programs but also we use them in our production environment. Our emails are managed by CodeTwo Exchange Rules PRO directly on Exchange. We have automatic signatures appended - separate for internal and outgoing mail. We also use auto-replies and block phrases that are not allowed in our company, e.g. "forget/forgot/forgotten" :) The program already works great for us but there are even more features to come in next versions!
