Sync CodeTwo Public Folders with iCloud
Apple's iCloud solution lets you sync Outlook with iCloud service, which then syncs your data across your mobile devices like iPhone or iPad. It means you can now view and edit your Microsoft Outlook folders/items on your smartphone wherever you are.
The only problem is that iCloud Control Panel for Windows adds its own tree of calendars, tasks, contacts and email to Outlook, but your personal and public folders are left intact, so you still cannot share them with your handhelds.
To fix this gap, we have created CodeTwo Sync for iCloud. This smart Outlook addin simply synchronizes pairs of Outlook folders, e.g. public/personal folders with iCloud. In other words, whatever you do in Outlook or iPad / iPhone can now be synced across all of these devices. What’s more, you can even use it to sync CodeTwo Public Folders with your Macs!
How to get started
Syncing CodeTwo Public Folders with iCloud is a snap.
Just install CodeTwo Sync for iCloud on a machine equipped
with Outlook and iCloud Control Panel for Windows.
Select public folders you would like to sync with iCloud folders.
Choose sync types (e.g. one-way, or two-way synchronization).
Save changes and you're done!
CodeTwo Sync for iCloud folders synchronization is automatic so you don't have to remember to manually press any sync buttons. Replication of data between folders is done in real time. Note! It might take a while for iCloud to sync your files through the cloud and your devices.
