Q: Do I need to pay an access fee to register with CodeTwo Reseller Program?
Are any other costs involved?
A: No. The access and participation is completely free of charge. There are no admission fees or minimums.
Q: How do customers who purchased CodeTwo products through the Reseller channel get technical support? Do Resellers have to provide support?
A: The support is provided by CodeTwo as far as the customer has the technical support contract. Our office works 24 hours a day, 5 days a week:
Su 10 pm - Fri 10 pm Global Mean Time
Su 6 pm – Fri 6 pm US Eastern Time
Su 4 pm - Fri 4 pm US Central Time
Su 2 pm - Fri 2 pm US Pacific Time
Su 10 pm - Fri 10 pm Western European Time
Su 11 pm - Fri 11 pm Central European Time
Mo 2 am - Sat 2 am Gulf Standard Time
Mo 8 am - Sat 8 am Australia Eastern Time
Our team provides help in English, German and Polish.
Q: How can I benefit from the Not-For-Sale copies of your software?
A: Our Resellers will receive license keys that will extend the trial of the program beyond the standard 30 days.
Q: Can I sign an exclusive distributor contract?
A: Currently we do not enter into exclusive contracts.
Q: Is tax added to the cart value for all purchases?
A: Pursuant to EU regulations, all transactions made between the members of EU are exempt from VAT if the customer provides a valid VAT number. If a customer does not have a VAT number, VAT needs to be added. The local VAT rate is 23%. Purchases made by customers from a non-EU country are VAT-exclusive.
Q: I have paid for your product but have not received the activation.
A: The license keys are delivered electronically once the purchase has been confirmed by the payment platform. You may also need to check your SPAM filter/ folder for the message from CodeTwo. Please send an email to orders in case of further problems.
