Synchronization settings
Within the Administration Panel of CodeTwo Public Folders, in the Synchronization settings tab you can specify additional items that will be synchronized between the MS Outlook Add-ins (Fig. 1.).

When you check the first option, Synchronize folder views, the views of shared folders will look exactly the same in all MS Outlooks using CodeTwo Public Folders. The change in folder view made by one user will be immediately reflected in other user's Outlooks.

The second option, Synchronize non-standard items, ensures (if checked) that non-standard forms published in a shared folder will be automatically available in all MS Outlook programs using CodeTwo Public Folders.

Any changes made in the Synchronization settings tab will not be saved until you click the Apply button.

5. In the Settings View window make sure all settings are correct and click OK.

Outlook 2007

1. In the main toolbar of Outlook choose View/Current View/Define views.

2. A list of available views will become visible.

3. In the list find the folder synchronized view and click Modify.
4. In the result window you can customize the view.

5. In the View Settings window make sure all settings are correct and click OK.
