Sync public folders with iCloud
The latest version of CodeTwo Public Folders is compatible with our other program, CodeTwo Sync for iCloud. By combining those two solutions, you can easily synchronize your shared Outlook folders with iCloud and access them on your iPad or iPhone wherever you are.
In this case, you can select a type of synchronization (either one-way or two-way) to let you fully control what can be accessed and edited on mobile devices. Keep in mind you will require an iCloud Control Panel from Apple® to enable the synchronization with your handhelds.
This combination gives you a bunch of new teamwork possibilities. Now, members of your team can view and edit e.g. shared Outlook calendars or update common company contact information on their iPhone or iPad while on the go. Delegating tasks to your workmates and controlling their progress is also easier than ever before.
Note! Sharing your Outlook folders with iCloud requires iCloud Control Panel for Windows, Outlook 2007 or higher, and an iCloud account. Keep in mind that combining CodeTwo Public Folders with iCloud will synchronize your shared Outlook folders with external servers hosted by Apple®. CodeTwo takes no responsibility for your data kept in iCloud.
