You will not forget about e-mail attachment in Outlook anymore!
CodeTwo has released a new freeware - CodeTwo Outlook Attachment Reminder. The program solves a common problem of 'forgotten attachments'. It is the 10th product that CodeTwo offers for free to all Outlook users.
5 June 2010, CodeTwo published their latest product - CodeTwo Outlook Attachment Reminder. The application reminds about adding an attachment when it seems that an e-mail sender has forgotten about it. The solution scans the message immediately after the 'Send' button is pressed and checks if the message content includes predefined phrases that activate an alert.
"We have come up with an idea of CodeTwo Outlook Attachment Reminder once we realized it happens more and more often to us to forget about adding a file to a message. Sometimes we just focus on a message's content so much that adding an attachment escapes our notice. In this situation we have to send a missing attachment again and that takes our precious time." - said Michal Bednarz, the Managing Director of CodeTwo.
When the program reminds about the missing attachment, users can browse their computer for desired files and add them to the message, or they can decide to send it without them. CodeTwo Outlook Attachment is incredibly simple to use, and it has a few useful features that allow customizing it according to individual needs.
"CodeTwo Outlook Attachment Reminder contains a predefined list o phrases that activate a reminder. Owing to this, the application can be used right after installing it. However, the alerts' settings can be edited by the user. What is more, the program scans only a content of a new message, not a whole conversation's history." - said Szymon Szczesniak, the Marketing Manager of CodeTwo.
CodeTwo Outlook Attachment Reminder is already the 10th free program released by CodeTwo. Luckily for Outlook users, the freeware collection from the company is going to be further expanded. The developers keep working on new solutions that will also be open for general use and available to download from the CodeTwo’s website for free.
