Sent Items Update: New useful feature in CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007/2010

CodeTwo announces a new, desired feature in CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007/2010 - Sent Items Update. With the latest versions of this software, viewing server-side signatures and disclaimers in Sent Items is finally possible. Users can now easily reassure that footers in sent emails have been added and properly formatted.

Both CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 and CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 are advanced tools for administrating signatures, footers and disclaimers added to corporate mail sent via Microsoft Exchange Server. The newest Sent Items Update feature is available in CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2010 (versioned 1.1) and CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 (versioned 2.2).

Not only does it make the mail compliant with legal regulations, but also gives much more control over the look of messages. Users don't have to imagine the final layout of their correspondence anymore.
