New Generation of Disclaimers with CodeTwo

Support for the messages sent internally within the Exchange organization, a brand new HTML editor, ability to create signatures/disclaimers in multilingual versions, an enhanced integration with Active Directory make up the new functionalities of CodeTwo Exchange Rules. The application in version 3.0 has been released today.

The users of CodeTwo Exchange Rules 3.0 have a set of new functionalities for their disposal that make the composition, edition and management of footers a simple task. The program in its new release is capable of handling internal mail. Therefore all messages that are sent between the Exchange servers of the organization or within its single server will receive signatures/disclaimers centrally as well. In the previous releases the program was only capable of adding footers to outbound mail i.e. external.

The administrators of electronic mail will surely find the new HTML editor helpful. The editor used in the old versions was an outsourced component, and it contained several shortcomings e.g. it unsatisfactorily supported signatures that included national characters from languages other than Western. The editor in version 3.0, engineered by CodeTwo programmers, enables editing signatures with non-standard characters as well as fool-proof processing of messages composed in various international encodings. Now a user of CodeTwo Exchange Rules can be sure that the footer will always display correctly on the recipient's machine.
