CodeTwo has published a new free Microsoft Exchange Server add-on, CodeTwo Active Directory Photos. The program lets server administrators easily upload users’ photographs to Active Directory via a light and straightforward user interface. It was designed to speed up the work of IT professionals and make the Active Directory photo management simple.

CodeTwo Active Directory Photos makes it possible to add users’ photos to Active Directory which then can be displayed in internal and external correspondence, contact cards and global address lists (GAL) of Outlook 2010. If you want to show faces of your employees e.g. to your clients in external emails, you can use Active Directory dynamic fields while composing your organization’s official server-sided signature. This can be done when you combine the capabilities of CodeTwo Active Directory Photos with email management features of another administration tool by CodeTwo, CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro.
