When you respond to emails sent also to a group of recipients in the CC field, you often forget to include all participants of the conversation in the message. Mail clients don’t prompt users natively to use the “Reply All” option whenever they forget to do that. Luckily, Microsoft Outlook users have just gained a smart free tool, which fills this gap. The program is called CodeTwo Outlook Reply All Reminder and by far it is the 11th free Outlook add-in released by CodeTwo on their website.

CodeTwo Outlook Reply All Reminder is a typical install-and-forget application. Once it is installed on the computer equipped with Microsoft Outlook, it starts to work in background right away. It requires absolutely no configuration. Whenever you forget to hit the “Reply All” button while replying to a message sent to multiple recipients, you will be asked whether to include the rest of the recipients in the message or not. You can choose to send this message anyway, add other addressees or hold the program back from sending this email.
