The management of multiple rules is easy with the provided Testing Tool, which will conveniently show which rules will apply to the specified senders and what the footer will look like.

• Have Several Footers In One Message
You can make a single message match several rules and so add to it multiple footers such as disclaimers plus a signature. The administrator can configure the program so that the disclaimer is always added at the very bottom of the message, while setting the signature to be inserted below the most recent response. Replying options let the administrator decide whether the company footer is inserted into the given message only once or every time it travels back and forth through the Exchange Server as the same message but containing the history of previous correspondence.
• Let Users Suppress Footers For Selected Messages
The administrator can define phrases which if found in the message subject or body will prevent the footer from being inserted. This is a way by which users who know suppressing phrases can control the addition of footers.
