CodeTwo Exchange Rules is used for centralized management of disclaimers and signatures for outgoing messages processed by the Microsoft Exchange Server. The technical information you will find in this chapter will help you control the appearance of the footers attached to messages.

Remember that in the current version, CodeTwo Exchange Rules enables adding footers to outgoing messages sent outside the Exchange organization. Footers are not added to internal messages sent between Exchange organization members, nor to incoming mail.
