Defining rules

CodeTwo Exchange Rules enables users to define the rules for e-mail messages, processed by Exchange Server. In the current version there is one rule type, which enables adding various disclaimers (signatures) to the messages sent via the server. While defining this rule, you can specify which addresses and domains it will apply to. This way you can add different footnotes to different messages, depending on the sender. You can also create personalized disclaimers containing the sender's data, available in the Active Directory database, as well as disclaimers containing images. More...

Adding disclaimers

In the current version of CodeTwo Exchange Rules you can define one type of rules - adding disclaimers to outgoing messages. However, disclaimers are added only to the messages sent outside the Exchange organization. They are not added to the internal messages sent between users belonging to the same organization. Log files settings

CodeTwo Exchange Rules creates text log files, where basic information about all messages sent outside the organization is saved, as well as the information about actions taken upon them by the program. In addition, any information about the messages processed by the server, i.e. outbound messages, inbound messages and messages sent within the organization can be saved in that log files.
