CodeTwo Exchange Rules lets you add company footers, legal disclaimers and personal signatures directly on Exchange Server 2000/2003. Footers are added to selected messages sent by the employees in your company. You can have multiple footers and create separate conditions for each. CodeTwo Exchange Rules enables attaching several footers to one message, e.g. personal signature of the sender plus a general company disclaimer.
