Previewing Disclaimers

While creating or editing a rule, you can always preview footer in a message. In order to do so, click the Preview button on the Disclaimer Templates screen of the rule creation wizard. You will see the following dialog box:

Enter the message sender's address in the top field. Based on that address, CodeTwo Exchange Rules will obtain the sender's personal details from the Active Directory User object and will replace the variables in the footer template with their corresponding values.

The "as is" footer will then be displayed in the Disclaimer Preview box.

Because every rule contains two footer templates - in plain text and in HTML, you can preview both of them by clicking HTML Preview and Plain Text Preview respectively.
