The Built-in Signature Editor will allow you to create HTML disclaimers containing images, hyperlinks, tables, etc., very easily.
Images can be added either as links to the files on a local disk or as links to the resources on the Internet.
Fig.1. The built-in editor allows you to quickly and easily create signatures.
There are always two templates of one footer: the plain text format and the HTML format. The plain text template
is used for messages, sent as plain text, while HTML format is applied to HTML and RTF formatted messages.
To define either of these templates, in the Signature Editor (Fig.1) click the HTML Template or Plain Text Template
buttons respectively. Both footers are independent from each other and are edited and saved separately in two
different files. In both templates you can use Active Directory User object variables, which will be replaced
with the sender's details while sending.
