Using the built-in visual editor you can create templates of disclaimers either in the plain text format and in HTML. You can design any HTML disclaimers even with images without any HTML knowledge.
You can use Active Directory variables in the disclaimer templates, which will be replaced with the appropriate values, such as the sender's name, telephone number, company name, etc. This feature allows you to create personal signatures of employees and to make sure all of them will have the same style.
