How to obtain the license key?
You can use the fully functional trial version of the program for free for 30 days from installation. After that time the program will automatically switch to the limited free version. If you want to restore the full functionality, you need to order a license key and activate the program.
To activate the program you need not reinstall or use a different installer.
To activate the application, simply paste the License Key (received from CodeTwo when your order is finalized) into the Licensing program of the free version. To run the Licensing program, choose Start, Programs, CodeTwo, CodeTwo Outlook Sync, and click Licensing. Click Activate in the dialog box that will display (Fig.1.). If you receive an error during the activation, please see this article. The activation procedure must be repeated on the second machine and followed by the program restart. Remember that the application may be hidden in tray so make sure to close it out of there too.

After you activate the program, the License status field will display information that this copy of the program is activated (Fig.1). Remember to activate the program on both PCs.
Now you can use CodeTwo Outlook Sync without the limitations of the free version.
The activation of the program requires internet access. If you cannot access the Internet, you can choose to activate over the phone or email. Both of these options are available after clicking the More button in the activation dialog box (Fig. 2).
