CodeTwo Outlook Sync is an easy-to-use tool designed to synchronize Microsoft Outlook between two computers. It can be used to sync Outlook e.g. between your work laptop and home desktop, between you and your coworker or family member, or simply to back-up your Outlook files to your second PC. The main difference between CodeTwo Outlook Sync and CodeTwo Public Folders is the number of machines they can synchronize. Additionally, CodeTwo Public Folders will let you share Outlook data over the Internet and set detailed access rights for users and folders. What is more, CodeTwo Public Folders, due to its different architecture, offers much more syncing scenarios and group-work possibilities than CodeTwo Outlook Sync. Thanks to CodeTwo Public Folders you will be able to share your private folders or create public folders in the Outlook folders tree, just exactly how it is done with Microsoft Exchange Server.
