Ease of use. No need to learn new software!

How does it work?

Once CodeTwo Public Folders is installed, a new tree of public folders appears in Outlook. Users can create, edit and delete folders and items of any type (mail, contacts, calendars, tasks and even documents). Changes made by one user are immediately synchronized in real-time and are made visible for the rest of the users on other computers in the network, which allows real group work. Users can also share their personal folders, which makes data sharing even simpler and more convenient.

The program lets you define detailed access rights for all of the shared folders. This is an essential function in workgroup environments, where multiple users work on the same data as this facilitates the management of folders and ensures secure access to data.

You can work on the shared folders even if the computer is not connected to the network (in offline mode). In this case, any changes are saved on the current computer and then immediately synchronized with the server once the connectivity is restored. The opportunity to work offline is especially useful for those who are frequently away from the office and use portable computers.

I was impressed with the incredible ease of installation and setup."
