Problems with searching in CodeTwo Public Folders
In 4.5 version of CodeTwo Public Folders the instant search tool is enabled for the folders of the program. After indexing all elements from these folders, you can easily find the required items.
However, sometimes there are problems with the instant search tool and the items cannot be found. In this case you should try the following:
- Rebuild the Instant Search index: in Control Panel, Indexing Options choose Microsoft Office Outlook on the list, click Advanced and then Rebuild.
- If it does not help, you need to refresh the local data file (PST).
