In some cases exiting an application window does not deactivate this program entirely. This may lead to blocked access to the file normally in use when this program is running. In order to reclaim access to these files, we will need to abort the process in the Windows Task Manager. The Windows Task manager can be opened by pressing CTRL + ALT + Delete once, or by clicking the RMB in the tray, and choosing Task Manager. In the manager, go to Processes tab, highlight the process to be aborted and click End Process.
