If CodeTwo Outlook AutoConfig is unable to configure your account, contact us and provide the name of the domain hosting your account. We will add it to database and you will be able to use it without reinstalling the program since all domain definitions are stored in our Internet database.
Certain free email accounts (e.g. yahoo) may need to be upgraded to paid in order to be used in MS Outlook / Outlook Express / Windows Live Mail. It is not possible to use such accounts in these mail clients without the upgrade.
