Working with calendars
The view in CodeTwo NetCalendars shows in weekly layout all appointments from all added calendars. The columns in the view are days of the week, while the lines represent the calendars. The very first column shows calendar data such as its name and computer name given in brackets where the calendar resides.

If the calendar is created in CodeTwo NetCalendars, a computer icon is shown next to its name. If it is a Microsoft Outlook calendar, Outlook icon is shown. The calendar selected to display in the view may be inaccessible when the computer where it is located is unavailable or CodeTwo NetCalendars is not running there. Then the data in this calendar are displayed in the so-called offline mode i.e. a copy of the last known data is displayed. All changes made to this copy will synchronize to the source calendar once it is available again. No access to the calendar is signaled by an icon representing a disconnected status.

To move the view one week forward or backward in time, click the green arrows in the toolbar or press Alt + Left Arrow, or Alt + Right Arrow. To the right of the green icons you will see the currently displayed week. If you want to quickly skip to a selected date, click the calendar icon to the left of the green arrows. A dialog box enabling the selection of a date will appear. On choosing the date, the appropriate week will display.
