The license for the software is perpetual - the price is one-off. You do not need to renew the license annually. The product is delivered electronically; a BOX version is not available. There are no shipment costs. More information can be found on licensing terms page.
This only applies to companies from the European Union: Companies from EU should state a valid EU VAT ID during the order process, otherwise 23% VAT tax will be added to the order value (Article 21 (1) b) and Article 8 (1) a) of Directive 77/388/EEC).
New License
The cost of the license for Exchange Server hosted on Small Business Server 2008 is $145 regardless of the no. of users. For other configurations, the cost varies according to the number of users benefiting from the program.
The chart below shows the prices for CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2007 divided according to the number of users. You need to purchase the license pack corresponding to the number of mailboxes for which the application will be used in your Exchange 2007 organization. The license for the software is perpetual - the price is one-off and you do not need to renew the license for the software annually. The support contract expires after one year.

* If you have a valid support contract and are currently ordering an upgrade of your program or migrating to a different program, technical support of which is more expensive than the one you have now, you will only be asked to pay a price difference. Since upgrades or migrations do not extend your support contract, the price will be reduced by the used period of your support contract.
Extending License Packs
If the current license pack is not sufficient to serve all mailboxes that need to use CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2003 in your organization, you can buy an extension. ** If you have a valid support contract and are currently buying additional licenses, you will only be asked to pay a price difference. The price of your support contract depends on the number of users your license encapsulates. Thus usually you need to pay the difference between the current and the previous number of licenses reduced by the used period of your support contract.
Ordering Details and Refund Policy
You can pay for the software by Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Check or send us a Purchase Order. Credit card payments are handled by PayPal (payment processor) and you do not need a PayPal account to use it.
To place the order go to the order form, provide the license type, billing details and click the appropriate button according to the payment type of your choice.
Once we receive the payment, you will be sent an e-mail with a License Key and an invoice. The key will allow you to upgrade the trial version of the program to the full version. More about the activation to full version...
If you would like to buy via Purchase Order, please send an email to mail containing the PO in pdf or fax it to + 48 75 646 1003. Once we receive the PO, we will send you the License Key and an invoice.
The product is delivered electronically. There is no BOX edition available.
CodeTwo has a refund program. This means you can claim your money back during a 120 day period if the application does not work as specified in our documentation. Read more on refund terms in Terms and Conditions of Sales.
