CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2003
Support for Popular Mail Clients and Mobile Phones
CodeTwo Exchange Rules 2003 is a server-based software, which means the disclaimer and/or signature is not inserted while the message is composed by the user in their mail clients - they are inserted when the message is processed by Exchange. This means no additional software must be installed on the client machines.
This also ensures that any mail client or a mobile phone or tablet connected to Exchange can be used by the user - the footer will be added at all times. Therefore, the disclaimer/signature will always be added to the message when using the following: Microsoft Office Outlook, Outlook Web Access (OWA), Outlook Mobile Access (OMA), Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, PDA, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Entourage for Mac, and other popular mail clients.
