CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro
View footers in Sent Items
No one likes to grope. It's a weird feeling and you never know what you may come across. Exchange Server does not allow end-users to see if an auto-signature or disclaimer were added to their email unless someone finally replies to it. Unfortunately, it's not only about the feeling of uncertainty your users might become accustomed to, but also about legal regulations your company might be breaching.
Many enterprises are now investing in solutions that would automatically let them add disclaimers and signatures to corporate email. In order to stay in keeping with legal requirements, all messages should contain a signature and/or disclaimer. Only a touch of email disclaimers solutions available on the market guarantees your users will see disclaimers (which are added centrally on Exchange) in their Sent Items folders in their mail client. CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro is equipped with Sent Items Update feature which is capable of doing it.
Sent Items Update was an eminently desirable feature by our customers and we decided to implement it at the drop of a hat. Now, anyone sending a message that should get a signature or disclaimer will see it added to an email in Sent Items (in any type of a mail client). Thanks to Sent Items Update, your end-users can make sure a proper signature was added, and that it was correctly formatted. What is more, their email archives won't loom large in their minds any more.
To let your end-users view signatures and disclaimers in their Sent Items folders, you only need to activate Sent Items Update in CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro. Click the Sent Items Update button in the top-right corner of the Administration panel. Follow the instructions in the resulting dialog box.
