Many Exchange Server administrators find it tiresome to manually switch on and off certain email rules on Exchange Server over and over again depending on the current company's policy, marketing strategies etc. Therefore, scores of our customers were sending us feature requests regarding Time Rules for Exchange Server disclaimers and auto-signatures.
Time rules are simply Exchange Server email rules that are not active all the time but only at specific time intervals. We did our best to satisfy our customers' expectations and we implemented this feature in CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro. This gives a number of new possibilities. With Time Rules in CodeTwo Exchange Rules pro, you can:
- set automatic out-of-the office or holiday email auto-responders for selected users or the entire company
- forever remove a need to switch off email rules that are no longer valid (they will be switched off automatically),
- forget about switching on email rules that are to go into effect at specific time,
- plan email marketing campaigns in advance by setting up email banners sequence
With CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro, you can easily schedule rules for your Exchange mail. Open the Administration panel of CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro, select your rule from the List of rules (or create a new one) and go to the Options tab on the right-hand side. The Options window will let you specify a time range for the particular rule. Your rule can be either permanently active or used only with a following time range. The program automatically activates or switches off a particular rule depending on your settings, saving your precious time.
