CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro

Random Signatures or Images

Does your company send a lot of emails every day? Why not kill two birds with one stone and use it for marketing purposes? Email is for free and you can use as much space in it as you want. Naturally, it would not be a good idea to send heavy attachments and bombard your clients with long promo texts or graphics, but if you cleverly amuse your clients either with a gentle hint just below your signature (each day a different one) or with a little (but spicy) rotating promo banner of your product, it might only increase your corporate identity and help you promote your business.

CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro will let you add rotating texts (ads, quotes of the day, featured products info) or graphics (banners, photos, pictures) to selected email messages. It means, you can create a list of promo citations, ads or visuals and let the program add them randomly to all or selected Exchange email. This gives even more email marketing possibilities and saves loads of time since you can plan all campaigns in advance and let the program differentiate promo materials in email automatically.

A majority of our customers use this option to rotate product banners in their emails. Others use it to add random motivational quotes for external messages and quotes of the day to all external correspondence.

To create an Exchange email rule adding random text to messages, you only need to add a simple rule in CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro. Add a new rule, go to the Actions Tab and start editing your signature template. Select whether you want to have this text stamped at the bottom or at the top of your message. Then click Dynamic Fields on CodeTwo HTML editor's ribbon, select Dynamic Content and then Rotating Image. A rotating image placeholder will be added to your signature template. Right click on it and select Properties. A new dialog box will appear. Select or provide a path to a folder containing a set of various texts that you want to be rotated in your emails. Please note! Each portion of text has to be saved in a separate TXT document.

If you need to create an automatic rotating banner for your Exchange mail, follow the instructions from the previous paragraph but select Rotating Image from the Dynamic Content drop down menu. In the properties dialog box, select a folder containing all images that you want to be randomly added to selected Exchange messages. The program will add haphazardly one image to every message included in the scope of senders defined for this rule.
